Email support@appyesno.xyz. Include your YesNo username, app version, device platform, and a short description. Never send your password or authentication token.
Account access
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. Email confirmation and password recovery links expire; request a new link if needed.
Prediction or result issue
Send the call title, approximate time, and what looks wrong. Settlement may wait for an official provider or source even after a displayed deadline.
Safety and takedown
Report impersonation, abusive usernames, illegal material, or rights concerns by email with the relevant account or call and evidence. We prioritize security, account-access, and credible safety reports.
Delete your account
Use Settings → Account → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, see the public deletion instructions.
