The service
YesNo is an entertainment and social prediction game. Points, XP, confidence values, and displayed probabilities are game features. They are not money, investments, financial advice, gambling winnings, or promises of future outcomes.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and comply with applicable age requirements. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not manipulate results through coordinated or duplicate accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape abusively, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass access controls, interfere with settlement, exploit bugs, impersonate others, submit illegal content, or use YesNo to harass people. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users and the service.
Predictions and resolution
Predictions are one-shot game calls. Resolution depends on the rule and source displayed for a call. Provider corrections, cancellations, or ambiguous source data may delay or require manual review. We may correct clear technical or settlement errors to preserve game integrity.
Availability
YesNo is provided on an “as available” basis. Feeds, providers, notifications, and store services can be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result.
Account termination
You may delete your account from app settings. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms or threaten service integrity. Account deletion is permanent, subject to limited legal or security retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YesNo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
